To celebrate 15 years of Sacramento Beer Week, we decided to collaborate with one of our favorite breweries north of the 8; Flatland Brewing. We found a like-minded love for complex Westcoast IPAs that hit the full spectrum of their historical flavors, ranging from citrus, to tropical, to pine, and to dank. We selected this hop lineup to get the most out of the aforementioned flavors, combining Mosaic, Waimea, Nectaron, Strata, and Simcoe hops. Kinda bitter, kinda dry, and very very pungent, Field Land is ripe with notes of fresh grapefruit, blueberries, pomello zest, strawberries, juicy nectarines, papaya, tangerine juice, pine needles, and hints of sticky buds. [hops: Mosaic, Waimea, Nectaron, Simcoe / 6.8% ABV]
