The latest addition to our S-Tier series is Cry Yuma TDH Westcoast IPA. We took a bone-dry, crystal-clear canvas and threw everything but the kitchen sink at it, loaded up three separate dry-hopping passes with heavy hitters Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra. The result is an aggressive, high-contrast hop bomb that hits with an enigmatic profile of sun-ripened passionfruit, crushed sauvignon blanc grapes, sticky guava paste, resinous pine needles, and bright pink grapefruit rind.
