In our humble opinion, what is one of the best yeast strains in the world, creates a very sessionable yet complex Farmhouse Ale, littering the aroma with notes of fresh cut hay, dried lemon peel, white pepper, and faint magnolia blossoms. A light hopping helps to provide a nice grassy character with a refreshing punch of lemonade.
