Resting on our laurels has never been interesting to us; we were built on a foundation of trying to always improve and discover new techniques, equipment, and ingredients to continuously be striving to level-up whenever possible. We wanted to take everything we've learned in our almost 10 years as a brewery and apply it to our flagship beer, Pulp. Not so different from Frieza reaching his final form of Golden Frieza; we threw everything we could at Pulp to see how powerful its final form would be; to which we donned the name, Pulp Gold Label. Starting at first-form Pulp, it travels through the standard brewing process all the way until the whirlpool where we up the hopping slightly by introducing Citra Cryo hops, then it takes its journey to the fermenter where it is met with a hop-dipping of Citra Incognito before fermentation kicks off. Once fermentation is active we throw in a first dry hopping of Citra Cryo, Citra Spectrum, and Citra T90 pellets to induce some biotransformation and kick up some aggressive passion fruit and tropical aromas. After fermentation is complete we hit it with our normally gigantic dry-hopping of Citra to develop all of those fresh squeezed orange juice notes we've come to love in Pulp. Next we chill the beer down to near freezing temps and throw at it a third dry-hopping of Citra and let the beer marinate on those at cold temps for an extended period of time to pick up a bunch of complex top aromas and extract beautiful and delicate brighter notes of limoncello, tangerine zest, fresh-hop green, and citrus punch. Last but especially not least, we send this 2 million power level IPA to brite tank so it can ingest a healthy dose of Citra Quantum till it is emitting a purple aura of perfection and is ready to stand alone as the final form of Pulp we will likely ever see. [hops: Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Citra Spectrum, and Citra Quantum / 6.9% ABV]
