We feel so old; it's just hard to believe it's been 9 years. That's the same amount of time it takes to go from kindergarten to high school. That's two years longer than Alexander The Great's empire lasted, a year and a half longer than The Beatles lasted, a year longer than the revolutionary war, and 6 months longer than the director's cut of Return Of The King. Since we opened we've seen so many new hops get developed, and sadly some legendary ones get pulled from the fields; and being a brewery founded on a hop-first ethos, we're continuing our #x# series with 9x9; playfully packing 9 different hops we love into a 9% Double IPA to celebrate our 9th anniversary. This year we went with Strata, Simcoe, Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic, Idaho7, El Dorado, Citra, and Amarillo to tickle taste buds and tantalize tonsils.
