The heart and soul of this over-hopped concoction lies in blending hops that are semi-like for like. One of the newest best hops hailing from New Zealand is Nectaron, which adds an incredible profile of stone fruit, pineapple, and orange citrus. Then we dosed in heaps of Waimea, one of our favorite hops for WCIPA or Hazy, littering in more notes of that orange and tangerine citrus, but with a moderate punch of pine needles. Lastly, we add in the classic, Simcoe, which also contributes some of those nice pine notes, but also layers in really distinct notes of grapefruit flesh and zest. All three of these hops harmonize to create a superpowered Westcoast IPA that lives up to its TDH moniker. [hops: Nectaron, Waimea, Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe Dynaboost, Simcoe Hyperboost / 6.9% ABV]
