Hands down, one of our favorite beers we are bringing back for our 10 years of beers; Big Trouble In Little Citra shakes the pillars of heaven by dropping in a heaping pile of Citra hops and a six demon bag of Nectaron into an already velvety and juicy IPA. While the crazy amount of Citra we use provides thunderous notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, ripe mango, lemondrops, and bright citrus zest, the addition of Nectaron brings order out of chaos, dropping secondary notes of dried nectarines, gooseberries, peach candies, and pineapple spears. After a couple days on those hops, we chill Big Trouble, then send it through the centrifuge with crackerjack timing to preserve aromas that are so intense you'd think you took a 1985 Freightliner to the nose. We're not sure if we will make this one ever again, but we are sure of three things; the check is in the mail, it's all in the reflexes, and you were brought into this world to get it.
