Eliza is our take on infusing the heart and soul of New Orleans Iced Coffee with a velvety beast of an Imperial Milk Stout. To mimic all of the ingredients you would find in a cup of iced coffee in the French Quarter, we added a vibrant and complex blend of coffee beans from our friends at Catahoula Coffee in Richmond, freshly steeped French Chicory, organic cane sugar, and a hefty amount of milk sugar, giving Eliza a thick and creamy texture. Aromas start off with a roasty rich coffee jolt, followed up by a supportive blanket of freshly toasted nut flavors, and hints of dark chocolate. Thick and viscous, but balanced with its mild coffee bitterness and roasted malt, Eliza New Orleans Coffee Imperial Milk Stout is a southern-born twist on Imperial Stout and Milk Stout, drenched in whimsy, and reveling in its uniqueness.
