It takes a special hop to stand all on its own with no others sharing the spotlight. Galaxy has been firing consistently the last two years bringing back in all of its glory the sweet pineapple, dried apricot, and lemongrass notes that made it the oft unobtainable aromatic juggernaut of the late aughts.
