Mo Pulp DDH IPA - 4 Pack of 16oz Cans

Fieldwork Brewing

We know, we know, you said you wanted us to brew a batch of Pulp with Nelson hops; which is a fine idea, but what the heck do we call it? NelPulp? Pulpson? See, it just won't work. We could have done some SoPulp, but everyone hates Sorachi hops, so we're stuck using Mosaic, we're sorry. The good news, our Mosaic is always incredibly, and when we split the dry hop between Citra and Mosaic, the resulting beer is shockingly similar to DDH Pulp in almost every way from its pillowy body to its jamba juice-like profile; but there is an intense second layer of aromas and flavors that turn the orange juice of DDH Pulp into straight orange candy wedges with notes trailing after it of fresh melon, muscat grapes, and passionfruit sorbet. So until we crack the code on what to call Nelson Pulp, the Pulp family will remain a sextet. [hops: Citra, Mosaic / 6.9% ABV]
