New Dreams is an IPA that highlights two of the foundational hops from our opening years; Mosaic and Galaxy. Quite dry with a slight hint of malt-induced honey flavors, and just enough bitterness to balance things out and keep it interesting; New Dreams is all about bright and tropical flavors while remaining super drinkable and oddly refreshing for a hazy. While a beer can only be as good as its weakest link, we are super stoked to see the quality of Galaxy hops continue to rise as we are getting loads more sweet pineapple and dehydrated apricot than in previous years; then to pair them with Mosaic from one of our favorite farms in the world, we get a beautiful medley of white grapefruit, blueberries, honeydew melon, pineapple, white gummy bears, and apricot preserves. It's hard to believe a brewing ingredient so wonderful can come from a country that ritualistically drinks beer out of their shoes, but we are happy to say it is true.
