Inspired by our love for our old friends at 21st Amendment’s Hell Or High Watermelon, possibly one of the greatest beach beers of all time, we set out to watermelonify our quasi-flagship IPA, creating the painfully unoriginally yet aptly named, Watermelon Pulp. It required a ton of tweaking to introduce all that watermelon to Pulp without changing all of the parameters that define the beer that is Pulp. Lucky for us we nailed it on the first try and the result is exactly what we hoped for... ...Pulp, but with watermelon. This delightfully unnecessary yet supremely enjoyable IPA is bursting with notes of fresh watermelon juice, sweet orange zest, tangerine wedges, hand-squeezed lemonade, and passion fruit jellies. Don't expect us to start coming out with a hundred fruit variants of Pulp, it's not gonna happen; but when the wizards of watermelon ask if you wanna dance, the answer has got to be "yes."
