It's been 10 years, 10 years of writing the most idiotic tasting notes, 10 years of making beer that a few people drink, and 10 years since we watched Chris Hemsworth flexing his rippling muscles in the middle of ocean rains in "In The Heart Of The Sea" which completely revolutionized how we view hydration. To celebrate our 10th anniversary of opening our doors we're bringing to you 10x10, a Triple IPA that weighs in at 10% ABV with 10 different hops. We split the hop bill right down the middle, overloading our kettle and whirlpool with Pacific Northwest hops (Amarillo, Simcoe, Krush, Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, El Dorado Cryo) and then piled on the dryhop with our favorite New Zealand hops (Riwaka, Nectaron, Superdelic, Waimea, Dr. Rudi). What can you say about 10x10 that you can't say about Chris Hemsworth, both are massive, with a perfect body, beautiful aromas, and salivation-inducing flavor; but only one of them has notes of fresh squeezed grapefruit, gooseberries, papaya, mango, pineapple, tangerines, nectarines, yellow peaches, ripe berries, summer melons, and a light layer of the devil's lettuce. [Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe, Krush, Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, El Dorado Cryo, Riwaka, Nectaron, Superdelic, Waimea, and Dr. Rudi hops / 10% ABV]
