Once a year farmers in Washington harvest hops in the peak of season, strip the flowers from the vines, then ship them in refrigerated trucks overnight to breweries to brew wet hop beers; and if you're anything like us, those hops live in a freezer for a few months until the time is right for those beautiful frozen green nuggets to leave the deep freeze and shine in all their glory like Bagel Bites after a long day ripping it up on your PoGo Bal. Starting with a classic Fieldwork IPA recipe, we cranked it up to eleven by adding in gobs and gobs of Krush wet hops, creating a complex profile of extra ripe mango, tangerine zest, passion fruit juice, pine resin, pink guava paste, and lots of fresh cut grass.
