We’ve officially cleared Ticket To Anywhere for a new route. Formerly a “New Zealand IPA”, we’ve recalibrated this one as a Westcoast IPA to better reflect its soul: dry, crisp, and clear as the sky at cruising altitude. Don’t worry, it’s still loaded with all of that explosive New Zealand hop character, we just upgraded the manifest and swapped in a heavy-hitting trio of Nelson, Riwaka, and Superdelic, layering their southern hemisphere majesty over a lean, neutral pilsner malt base. By stripping away the fluff, we’ve cleared a path for a tropical storm of passion fruit curd, yellow peach puree, and sauv blanc grapes. It’s got that signature punch of pineapple juice and apricot marmalade, finishing with a hint of diesel and gas station brand Twizzlers notes that make it undeniably Fieldwork.
